Been praying for the New Wine team and felt God was asking me to pray that New Wine would be a time when he would equip and inspire his people. Have also been meditating on the words "my soul finds rest in God alone" and praying that all those preparing for the New Wine team would know this truth and experience his incredible peace. What a privilege to pray. A

Going to work this morning I had a little check in my spirit to walk instead of a bus journey - I nearly missed it! From my home towards Brixton I really felt Gods presence on the streets. Halfway in as i walked in and out of the Salvation army HQ car park (kind of a spiritual lift I always find) I bumped into a guy I used to see and talk to a lot around Peckham but who has been barred from the area. I got talking to him and found out he has very serious health problems. God gave me the words and courage to ask if I could pray for him and he said yes... We found a quietish place right by Kings hospital(so not really quiet then :D) and I had the opportunity to pray with him for healing, and for release from other issues he has. I really felt en-couraged by the prayers from the 24-7, from watching some of the revival in Florida and hearing the testimonies of God healing and from the prayers of the saints (All saints!) over the last few days to really go for it... I hope for more! his healing is in the hands of the Lord but I am grateful for the opportunity to be used all before 9.00 am! Many blessings and lets go for it! C
